Dr. Zabol is trained as a clinical psychologist and is passionate about the importance of mental health. From family dynamics to anxiety, depression and mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, ADHD and bipolar disorder, etc., Dr. Zabol is committed to decreasing the stigma and helping people accept and validate their experiences with mental illness. Dr. Zabol's goal when working with patients who have been diagnosed with mental challenges is to decrease or annihilate the use of prescription medications wherever possible.
